Sadie's by the Sea Review

Formerly the Rainmaker Hotel, Sadie's by the Sea (owned by Tom and Tia, who own Sadie Thompson Inn) is right on the beach at Utulei, near the village of Fogagogo, 1.5 miles from downtown Pago Pago. The hulking mass of Rainmaker Mountain looms over the beach, and occasionally guests see turtles and dolphins bobbing up in the waters just beyond the hotel café. The resort, which includes a swimming pool, has 46 rooms, each with refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, hair dryer, iron and board, and free Wi-Fi. There's a weekly Polynesian feast (called an umu) and live entertainment on weekends. Tom's team provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. Guests can also explore the former Governor's Mansion, now a museum, which is within walking distance.
