Fodor's Review:
Take a culinary cruise around the world without leaving poolside at this casual alfresco eatery at Sails in the Desert hotel. Start with Asian-influenced tapas dishes, like chicken satay and Vietnamese spring rolls, then move on to Spanish meatballs in tomato-and-anchovy sauce or sautéed prawns with lime dipping sauce. Because it's situated outside, this restaurant closes seasonally during the hottest part of summer and the worst of winter (check with hotel for details).
