Fodor's Review:
Northern Territory barramundi prepared three ways -- char-grilled, grilled, and battered -- is the highlight at this classy restaurant and bar, at Voyages Alice Springs Resort. It's popular with locals, too. Other delicious seafood dishes on offer include South Australian oysters and prawns flambéed in Malibu. Like any good Aussie restaurant, though, it still caters to carnivores with artful beef, chicken, and lamb dishes, which you can eat under thatch-roof ceilings, overlooking the happening pool.
