Neil and Jayne Waters, owners of Camels Australia, offer everything from quick jaunts to multi-day safaris. Phone beforehand for all rides; 72 hours' notice for day and longer treks. It's A$40 for a one-hour ride, and A$150 for a day trek with lunch; safaris, including camping gear and meals, cost A$450 for three days and A$750 for five days, and depart three times each month in fall and winter (check the dates).
