The multimillion-dollar residential and commercial Docklands, along the docks and former factory sites at the city's western edge, surrounds the high-tech, indoor Telstra Dome (Bourke St. W, Docklands. 03/8625-7700). It's home to a number of Australian Rules Football clubs. You can reach the district on foot from the Southern Cross Station (formerly Spencer Street Station).
