The Mansions
The Mansions Review
Constructed in 1889, these Victorian terrace homes are a good place to cool off in warm weather. Few buildings like this were built this far north (more of this type of architecture prevailed in the Southern capitals, especially Melbourne); elegant, wrought-iron lace trim garnishes the exterior. Inside is the upmarket Augustine's on George restaurant.
