Faux-suede sofas and ottomans in varying shades of cool blue set the mood at this riverside restaurant specializing in top-quality regional produce, particularly sustainably farmed local seafood. Floor-to-ceiling windows line one side of the long, open dining room, and there's a large outdoor dining area. Start with the oysters, perhaps, moving on to duck, lamb, or locally farmed barramundi or Spanner crab; finish with the delectable chocolate fondant. Menus change with the season; there's a kids' menu year-round. Open Thursday through Sunday for lunch; Thursday through Saturday for dinner.
