Australian Outback Spectacular Review

The Australian Outback Spectacular, one of six Warner Village theme parks in the area, lets visitors experience "the heart and soul of the Australian Outback." The exciting evening show features state-of-the-art visual effects and performances from top local stunt riders, a pig race, and live country music. Guests get a three-course "Aussie barbecue" dinner and complimentary drinks during the 90-minute, A$23 million extravaganza, plus a souvenir stockman's hat. Doors open at 6:30 pm; showtime is at 7:30 pm. A special Sunday matinee show takes place at 12.30 pm once a month, more frequently in high season. Return transfers from Gold Coast hotels cost A$20; on-site parking is free. This park (and neighboring theme parks Paradise Country, Warner Bros Movie World, and Wet 'N,' Wild Water World) is a short taxi ride from Helensvale station; if driving, take Exit 60 at Oxenford off the M1 Pacific Motorway.
