Those who enjoy a little culinary creativity shouldn't miss this casual little bistro in fashionable North Hobart. It's very popular, and you often have to wait for a table, but well worth it for its ambience and modern feel. The duck breast with red cabbage, foie gras dumplings and duck consommé is delicious, but be sure to leave room for the truly inspired desserts.
