Landscaped lawns with elegant eucalyptus and palm trees greet you at this upscale international chain about a mile outside town. Inside, the rooms are decorated in light, tropical colors, and have balcony views of the garden and pool or of the Alice Springs Golf Club and the low, barren mountains behind. The on-site Hanuman Thai restaurant is a local favorite; some room rates include breakfast. The lobby bar serves unexpectedly impressive food, though the ambience is a little staid.
