Sounds of Starlight is the place to enjoy evocative Outback theater performances and didgeridoo music accompanied by a slide show of Red Centre images. Concerts (A$30) are held at 8 pm Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday April-November; call ahead to check schedule. A pretheater dinner-and-show package (with dinner at the Red Ochre Grill across the street on the mall) costs A$78; the food is fine but nothing really remarkable, and those with more sensitive palates tend to feel the package deal isn't good value. Free didgeridoo classes (definitely good value) are held at the venue during the day.
