Garden of the Sleeping Giant

Garden of the Sleeping Giant Review

Founded by the late Raymund Burr in 1977 to house his own orchids, the garden now displays more than 2,000 kinds of orchids across its 50 acres. Visitors can also tour Burr's holiday shack, which still contains a few personal items including photographs, his favorite chair, and his walking cane. Admission into the house is an additional US$4.50 and includes afternoon tea. The garden is a half-hour's drive north of Nadi, in the foothills of the Sabeto Mountains.
