The Point After
The Point After Review
Over-water deck seating and flavorful seafood are the trademarks of this spot a short taxi ride south of the city center. The menu or "Captain's Log" is presented on a wooden paddle while water laps at the side of the restaurant. There are steaks and curries, but local dishes such as tuna steak marinated in a Hawaiian teriyaki sauce, then grilled or basted with olive oil and dredged with a Fiji Cajun spice blend fully engage the senses in the seafaring atmosphere. A two-man cover band completes the cruise ship atmosphere Friday nights and the views are best savored at sunset.
