L'Opera Review
When a director of the Asian Development Bank relocated to Suva, her Italian-born husband did what he knew best and opened a restaurant. A dramatic, dimly lighted passage leads seemingly out of Fiji and into a multiroom, theatrical dining area, abundant in oil paintings, finely laid tables, and overall ballroom-like decor. Thus the stage is set for Tuscan fare, including Tasmanian salmon and prawns sautéed in spumante wine and lemon sauce, and homemade ravioli stuffed with seafood in a smoked salmon sauce. There are also locations in Manila, if you happen to be in the area.
