One of the giant resort complexes about midway along Tumon Bay, this one is a good value, especially if you can manage without an ocean view or balcony. View or not, the spacious rooms are all spotlessly clean and furnished in bright, modern designs. And regardless of which room you're in, the beach is right outside, as is a large swimming pool. For dining there's a beachfront barbecue restaurant. And you can sip cocktails at the poolside bar.
