Open seven days for lunch and dinner, Vidals is acknowledged as one of Hawke's Bay's finest eateries. A good choice is the crispy terakihi with crazy water (mineral water infused with tomato and salt) and a dill aioli. The cinnamon spiced creme caramel, poached orange fig, and walnut pane forte is a great dessert.
