The Chard Farm vineyard perches on a rare flat spot on the edge of the Kawarau Gorge, not far from Gibbston Valley. The portfolio includes excellent varieties of chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, gewürztraminer, pinot grigio, and pinot noir. They're also venturing into the champagne method.
