Boutereys

Boutereys Review

Matt Bouterey brings his reputation with him to this relaxed spot in central Richmond. Recognized nationally, this smart restaurant is one of the best in the region and the head chef is well known for heading to the garden to dig his own vegies. The caramelized lemon shallot and beetroot tart, with Golden Bay goats cheese, has become a local favorite, and as much produce and ingredients as possible are sourced locally and made in-house.
