Cuba Street Carnival Review
At the Cuba Street Carnival, which runs on alternate years to the Arts Festival (odd numbered years) for two days in March, food-and-crafts stalls, and music-and-dance performances sweep the length of Cuba Street, culminating in a nighttime parade (a family-friendly show, not a rowdy Mardi Gras-style blowout).
