Old Bank Arcade
Old Bank Arcade Review
A couple of indoor malls are on upper Lambton Quay: Harbour City and Capital on the Quay have a decent range of jewelry, lingerie, housewares, and clothing boutiques. A better mall is the Old Bank Arcade in the old-fashioned former Bank of New Zealand building, which is becoming something of a fashion enclave. The Arcade contains a slew of well-known boutiques, including New Zealand designer Andrea Moore and the tempting Minnie Cooper shoe store. Napoleon Cosmetics does wonderful makeovers, and for both guys and dolls Rixon Groove are shirt- and tie-makers par excellence.
