PNG doesn't really have peak and off seasons. Hotels and planes do book up around Christmas, New Year's, and Easter. Rainy season is December to March and dry season is May to October; April and November vary. Overall, though, you won't find skyrocketing prices, nor should you have difficulty booking accommodation.
