Cecilia's High Point Café

Cecilia's High Point Café Review

The eponymous owner, a vivacious, striking Swedish ex-model, floats (and once in a while flirts) about the tables in this cozy beachfront Creole cottage. An equally animated cross section of Antiguan life usually packs the coveted patio tables (it's a terrific spot to eavesdrop on island gossip), as well as the lounges on the point. The day's selections, including wine specials, are written on a blackboard. Stellar standbys run from goat cheese and caramelized apples in puff pastry to mushroom ravioli nestled in spinach with a gossamer creamy pesto, but the high points are the setting and Cecilia herself. As a bonus, Wi-Fi access is free.
