Carmichael's Review
Carmichael's is the fine-dining hilltop aerie at the Sugar Ridge residential complex. Nestle into a banquette or lounge in the infinity pool while sipping luscious libations that match the setting sun's colorful display. It's also a splendid spot for a postprandial cigar and port or single malt. You can always head downhill to sister nightspot, the bustling, buzzing Sugar Club (by the resort entrance) for live music (jazz to funk) and DJ disco evenings.
