Fodor's Review:
A few minutes from the high-rise hotels and Palm Beach, Brickell Bay compensates by offering great rates. Rooms are bright with sunny exposures, though there are no ocean views. The pool area is usually lively, as is Tomato Charlie's Pizza -- the hotel restaurant. Golf carts ferry guests to the beach and the Excelsior Casino. Nearby are several great restaurants and the SETAR offices, where you can rent a cell phone or buy Wi-Fi access (for a lot less than most hotels charge).
