Every night the Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort transforms the area of Eagle Beach in front of the hotel into a magical and romantic beach dining room. Tiki torches illuminate the white sand, and the linen-covered tables are within inches of the lapping water. Dine on imaginative dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious. The huge tropical watermelon salad presented in a watermelon half is refreshing and whets the appetite with a slight chili heat. In this "reef cuisine," the main courses lean toward seafood, though meat lovers also are indulged. After dinner, relax with your toes in the sand and enjoy the best show that nature has to offer over signature cocktails.

Passions Review

Passions on the Beach offers the most amazing dining experience ever. My husband and I visited Passions twice in July 2011 (separate Aruba visits). We were impressed with the lighted menus, the talented live jazz musician, the professional greeters, wait staff, servers, the awesome seafood and steak dishes, and most of all enjoying the sunset while the sand tickeled our toes!
This dining experience was a treat for all of your senses
We will definitely dine at Passions again on our next visit to Aruba.

Last week me and my wife had an excellent dinner at Passions. We were sitting just in front of the sea with our feet in the sand. An unique experience! The food was delicious. We tried the grouper and the filet mignon, which were both very good. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful and shot some nice pictures with the sunset on the background. Overall a wonderful and romantic evening!!

By far, the most romantic dinner experience to be had on the entire Island. Make your reservation between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to enjoy the sunset. But do not worry if you have a late reservation, the menu's light up! Wear comfy shoes that can easily be removed so you can feel the sand between your toes! Simply amazing! Great food, great service and well worth your time.

Passions is a fabulous place to go for a romantic dinner. It's pretty much a group of oceanfront tables in the sand at the Amsterdam Manor Resort. Their food is very good but the atmosphere is excellent. Make a reservation for sunset and you'll enjoy a dinner in an amazing setting that you'll never forget. Try the seafood soup. It's delicious!
