Fodor's Review:
A longtime favorite of locals and visitors who venture out into the East End's settlements, Bishop's serves all the Bahamian favorites with homemade goodness and a view of the sea. The cracked conch is light and crunchy, the peas 'n' rice full-flavored. There are also barbecued ribs, broiled lobster, burgers, and sandwiches. A $30 minimum for charge card use applies.
