You'll find a wide selection of seafood at this comfortably upscale restaurant, but the specialty is pepper steak au Paris, a New York sirloin served with Dijon mustard, cracked peppercorns, cream, and brandy. Rich striped curtains add elegance, and starfish and lanterns on the wall lend a nautical flavor.
