Aqua gives Bahamian food an upgrade in a style it calls Bahamian fusion. Intimate and elegant, overlooking megamillion-dollar yachts in the harbor, the windowed dining room sets the stage for finely prepared seafood and grilled meats, including lobster stuffed with almonds, mushrooms, and corn bread; grouper simmered Bahamian style with tomatoes, beef, and veal tenderloin with lobster medallions; and quail with raisins served in a pineapple shell.
