Mesa Grill Review
Bobby Flay is the latest celebrity chef to lend his name and expertise to the restaurant lineup at Atlantis. In the Cove hotel, Mesa Grill (his first international outpost) serves the Southwestern cuisine he is known for, but with a Bahamian twist. The menu features unique dishes such as shrimp-and-grouper ceviche with serrano chilies, tomatoes, mango, and plantain crisp, and grilled red snapper with red-chili tomato sauce, crushed avocado, and barbequed red onion. More traditional Flay-inspired dishes like blue corn pancake with barbecued duck and New Mexican spice-rubbed pork tenderloin are also available.
