This hilltop restaurant at the Biras Creek Hotel has eye-popping views of North Sound. The four-course prix-fixe menu changes daily and includes several choices per course. For starters, there may be an artichoke, green bean, and wild mushroom salad with a balsamic vinaigrette, or cream of sweet potato soup topped with potato straws. Entrées may include pan-seared snapper over horseradish pearl pasta. The desserts, including a lemon ricotta cheesecake with a spicy passion fruit sauce, are to die for. Dinner ends with Biras Creek's signature offering of cheese and port.
