Fodor's Review:
This cheerful restaurant overlooks the busy George Town harbor from across Harbor Drive, so go to the second floor to avoid traffic noise. Prices are a bargain, especially for peel-and-eat shrimp. The desserts are huge. The bar mixes great specialty drinks. Inside is no-smoking.
