Horizontes La Ermita Review
Sunrises and sunsets viewed from this quiet spot are unforgettable. Thousands of roosters crow for a good hour at first light. Riding and hiking excursions around the valley or diving off Cayo Levisa are the main diversions here. The restaurant ($$) serves passable fare (breakfast is excellent), and the staff is attentive. Be sure to take a walk through the dirt roads between La Ermita and the center of Viñales to see how the locals really live.
