Lighthouse Ship Restaurant Review
Fine dining is served aboard Västra Banken, a historic lightship that was brought to Grenada in 2006 as the centerpiece of Le Phare Bleu Marina Hotel. The chef uses local ingredients to create contemporary cuisine served in a setting that's both nautical and romantic. Try the seafood ravioli or the callaloo and crab soufflé appetizer, followed by roasted rack of lamb or seared swordfish. The warm home-baked breads are wonderful, but the chocolate-plate dessert takes the cake. Before dinner, drinks are served on the top deck, under the stars.
