At this hip and happening restaurant and bar, there's a lively music and arts scene, and the family owners take their social and environmental responsibilities seriously. Not only is the food some of the best in Kingston, but much of the produce is grown on the owners' farm in the hills above the city. The pork is raised at a children's home in Mandeville that has its own farm. The waiters at Redbones also attended a children's home in Kingston, going on to train and make a career at the restaurant. Choose from delious dishes such as lamb chops or jerked chicken kebabs, served with a Caribbean fruit salsa. Redbones comes alive at night, with movies nights, literary evenings, music, and other events. There is also a gallery with revolving exbibitions.
