Fern Gully Review
Don't miss a drive through Fern Gully, a natural canopy of vegetation that sunlight barely penetrates. (Jamaica has the world's largest number of fern species, with more than 570 types.) The 3-mi (5-km) stretch of fern-shaded forest includes many walking paths as well as numerous crafts vendors. Most tours through the area include a drive through Fern Gully, but to experience the damp, shady forest, stop and take a walk.
