This hilltop hôtel de charme (boutique hotel) gives Les Trois-Ilets some art-infused glamour. It has striking design elements that maximize the Caribbean views from every room—even the bathrooms. Its vantage point allows for spectacular nocturnal vistas of the star-spangled sky and the lights of the village below. The cascading infinity pool and bar are both highlights, as is breakfast. Its six suites gaze down on nine private villas with tropical gardens, covered terraces, outdoor showers, solariums, and outdoor Jacuzzi spas. French élan extends throughout, from the leather couches, lamé chairs, and avant lighting to the original art that dazzles guests. A talented French chef makes his culinary magic at the alfresco table d'hôte restaurant. At €42 for a three-course dinner plus two amuse-bouches (or two-courses for €33), reservations are essential. Boat trips can be arranged.
