By Air

Delta has weekly direct service from Atlanta, making connections from the United States easier. American Eagle flies daily from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Air France flies to Martinique several times a week from Miami, with stopovers in Guadeloupe or Haiti. Air Antilles Express flies from Guadeloupe, St. Maarten, St. Barths, and, in some months, Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. Air Caraïbes flies from Guadeloupe, St. Maarten, St. Barths, and Santo Domingo. LIAT connects Martinique with the English-speaking "down islands." It code-shares with Air Caraïbes.

A weekly nonstop Club Med charter flight leaves New York on Saturday mornings between December and April. (This may be continued depending on demand.)

The airport is in the commercial area of Lamentin, a 15-minute taxi ride from Fort-de-France, and some 40 minutes from Les Trois-Ilets peninsula. A public bus stop is diagonally across the highway from the airport. The bus to Fort-de-France costs EUR 1.
