Fodor's Review:
This little place is Rincón's answer to Ben & Jerry's. (It even borrowed the trademark cow spots for its facade.) The 16 flavors, especially the creamy butter pecan, are a blast from the past. After taking on the town's legendary waves, you can sit down to a juicy hamburger or hot dog while surfing though cyberspace at one of the lightning-fast terminals or thumbing through a tome from the lending library.
