Fodor's Review:
Covering more than 14 acres, this complex of modern villas has a summer-camp atmosphere. The focus is on horseback riding, and there are stables on the premises. You can also take horse-and-carriage rides around the grounds. Freestanding villas range in size from one bedroom with a refrigerator only to two bedrooms with a kitchenette. The on-site restaurant ($$) is open daily and serves international and criollo cuisine -- it's known for its mofongo relleno (stuffed mashed plantains).
