Fodor's Review:
The rangers at El Yunque swear by this place, a cement-block building just past Cascada La Cola. You won't find a cheaper meal anywhere in Puerto Rico, that's for sure. The arroz habicuela con pollo (fried chicken with rice and beans) is a steal at less than $5. The barking dog on the roof and the unusual artwork in the open-air dining room -- a huge blob of papier mâché that may or may not be a boulder -- add to the atmosphere. Get here early, as the place closes at 5 PM.
