Refugio de Vida Silvestre de Boquerón (Boquerón Wildlife Refuge) Review
The Refugio de Vida Silvestre de Boquerón encompasses three tracts of land at the island's southern tip. The first is about 1 mi (2 km) south of Boquerón. There is a trail that leads through three different types of mangroves to picnic areas and a dock where you can launch a canoe or kayak. Note: Hunting is allowed in the reserve between November and January.
