Fodor's Review:
Owner Boubou has a couple of popular restaurants on the island, all of which are cute, fun, and have of-the-moment menus and friendly staff. This one offers tasty Thai-influenced food on a sweeping terrace over Gustavia Harbor. A wonderful sushi bar was added in 2006 and has become a huge hit with the celebrities that flock here. It's also great for a sunset cocktail. Try the vegetable-curry spring rolls, fish tempura with kimchee sauce, Peking-style duck, or the Thai-scented sea bass steamed in foil.

Great food, full bar, friendly staff, gorgeous view, what more can you ask for? I've been going to the St Barth & the Carribean for almost twenty years and nothing comes close to this place.
