Palm Services Bike Tours. Tour participants first take a jeep or bus across the central mountains to Dennery, on the east coast. After cycling 3 mi (5 km) through the countryside, bikes are exchanged for shoe leather. The short hike into the rain forest ends with a cool drink and a refreshing swim next to a sparkling waterfall—then the return leg to Dennery.
