Coco Palm

Fodor's Review:

St. Lucia native Allen Chastanet opened this stylish boutique hotel in Rodney Bay Village in 2005, adjacent to his Coco Kreole bed-and-breakfast inn. Guests check in and out in the comfort of their rooms, and personal hosts attend to any need or request. Guest rooms -- including six swim-up rooms adjacent to the pool -- and a dozen spacious suites are beautifully decorated in French Caribbean plantation style, with rich mahogany furniture and elegant upholstered pieces; yet every modern convenience is also at hand. Cordless phones, CD and DVD players, free Wi-Fi and Internet access, flat-screen TVs (in suites), and ultramodern baths with walk-in showers and claw-foot tubs (in suites) are amenities you'd expect at much pricier resorts. Coco Palm combines a high-end atmosphere and extremely affordable rates, making it one of St. Lucia's best deals. The excellent Ti Bananne restaurant and bar overlook the pool and bandstand, and all the action of Rodney Bay Village and beautiful Reduit Beach are within walking distance.
