At this adults-only spa resort on picturesque Cariblue Beach—where daily treatments are included in the rates—you can customize your own "body holiday" online even before you leave home. Once there, indulge in aromatherapy, a dozen different types of massage, Ayurvedic treatments, wraps, yoga, and personal-trainer services at the splendid, Alhambra-style Wellness Centre complete with reflecting pool. Daily treatments, professional instruction, and a personal trainer are all included in the rates. Otherwise, enjoy the beach, scuba diving, golf (next door at the St. Lucia Golf Resort & Country Club; no greens fees for resort guests), and other sports. Rooms have marble floors and king-size four-poster or twin beds. The food is excellent at Cariblue (the main dining room), the Clubhouse casual buffet restaurant, The Deli, and top-of-the-line Tao.
