At Basil's Review
St. Vincent's only antiques and fine furniture store is near the Young Island ferry dock and the Mariners Hotel. Owned by Basil Charles, proprietor of Basil's Restaurant in Kingstown and Basil's Beach Bar in Mustique, it specializes in 200-year-old Asian pieces and the latest creations from Bali, India, and Africa. The merchandise here appeals to collectors, as well as to anyone seeking interesting, affordable items for either home or garden. Even if you're just looking, you might be attracted to the French wines, chocolates, and cheeses.
