Trinidad
Trinidad offers interesting ecological adventures, from hiking on cliffs overlooking the island's peach-sand beaches to bird-watching in the island's rainforests (watch for toucans and macaws). The island's main city, Port of Spain, is filled with casual restaurants and affordable lodgings, but don't expect to find much in the way of luxury.
