$$$-$$$$, Eclectic, Providenciales
Fodor's Review:
At the Grace Bay Club, this palapa-shaded restaurant has become a favorite of the country's chief minister. In spite of this, the restaurant continues to offer a memorable dining experience minus the tie, the air-conditioning, and the attitude. Start with a bottle of fine wine; then enjoy the light and healthy Mediterranean-influenced cuisine. The kitchen utilizes the island's bountiful seafood and fresh produce. Oil lamps on the tables, gently revolving ceiling fans, and the murmur of the trade winds add to the Eden-like environment. The entrancing ocean view and the careful service make it an ideal choice when you want to be pampered.
