An institution in Provo for many years, this brightly colored beach shack is justifiably famous for its conch and seafood. The legendary specialty, conch, is fished freshly out of the shallows and either cooked, spiced, cracked, or fried to absolute perfection. On Friday nights, you can dance in the sand after dinner.

Those were my husbands exact words when I told him about Bugaloos and their fresh Conch...not only did he eat his conch fritters, he ate my salad, and we stayed on for another order of fritters. The absolute best that we have ever tasted! Not to mention the fabulous view and the nice cool breeze...a definite must try!RATING: 4.8
