Fodor's Review:
Some of the best off-the-beach snorkeling makes this a location that is hard to resist. The units are huge, with sliding windows that, when open, make you feel as if you are almost outside. Unfortunately, competing management teams, who each manage different units and offer different services, make this resort hard to recommend. Be sure you know the company from whom you are renting. Coral Gardens on Grace Bay offers larger rooms at better rates; the Coral Gardens/Reef Residences company manages the on-site restaurant and includes breakfast in room rates. Each company has a separate check-in and offers different specials. Both companies own and manage units in the original buildings, which have beachfront condos; only Coral Gardens/Reef Residences manages the newer Reef Residences units, which are not on the beachfront. At the time of this writing, even the name of the resort is in dispute.
